If your enrolment window has closed, it may still be possible for you to enrol.  You will need to complete a late registration form and gain approval from your academic team, who will be able to assess your individual circumstances and confirm that you have met any attendance requirements.

Please contact your Programme Manager or the student advisors for more information.

The Complete Enrolment button only activates once you have completed all of the individual enrolment tasks.

You should first check that each enrolment task has a tick next to it to indicate completion of that task. Please return to any incomplete tasks, ensure that all mandatory fields have been completed and click on the Save and Confirm Button.

If you have completed all tasks and the Complete Enrolment button is not working, please talk to us using the live chat or email unienrol@hartpury.ac.uk.

Some information, such as your official name or date of birth, can only be changed by us. We know that the gender options provided do not represent everyone. We have to offer this specific list as part of our statutory obligations to HESA. We want to be doing better on this and we welcome any feedback you have. Please contact unienrol@hartpury.ac.uk with any comments, ideas or concerns.

If your recorded tuition fee status is not what you think it should be, please talk to us on the live chat or email us on unienrol@hartpury.ac.uk. We will be able to discuss your account with our admissions and finance teams and amend your record accordingly.

If you are going to be in Hartpury accommodation, but don't yet know the exact details, please select the Hartpury Accommodation option and we will do the rest.

If you are going to be in other private accommodation and you are not yet sure of the details then please select the Same as Home address option.  It is important that we have up to date information for you so please ensure you update your term address details as soon as possible in your MyHartpury account.

If you cannot find your qualification in the list, please enter a text description in the other box instead. If we need to clarify anything with you, we will get back in touch.

You should enter the name of the school, college or university at which you achieved your latest qualification.

You should select the no qualifications option from the list of qualifications and leave the previous educational establishment box empty.

We understand that this is a long list and that you may not find an exact match.  Start by typing part of the job role and the list will condense to match you text.  Hopefully you will find the option that best fits your circumstances.

If you cannot find an appropriate option then please type other and select the most appropriate option.

If you are still not sure what to put then please talk to us on the live chat or email us on unienrol@hartpury.ac.uk.
